I always come to bab and have an amazing experience. I absolutely love the ddukbokyi with the addition of cheese. It’s my favourite dish. My only critique which is the small portion of japchae and meat. The japchae was 25 and gave barely a plate full. It’s not a big deal, but otherwise I think the food is worth it. This restaurant is a holy grail, one of my favourite restaurants in Hamilton! I recommend trying this spot.

Went to this location on Jan 26th, 2023. We ordered small Korean fried chicken but they gave us the full order by mistake. We were shocked by the portion. They did not charge us more! It’s very crispy. I really wish they could coat the chicken with sauce for Half order. I ordered Korean rice cake in spicy sauce. Very good for 12!! You fry 3 dumplings in it too. Lots of vegetables and good flavor. Rice cake is very filling. My friend ordered stone rice. Nice crispy at the bottom. We will be going to this location instead of Barton. They do need to change some big tables into smaller ones. Each table is huge. Parking is an issue as the lot behind the building is small. You may have to find side street for parking. We usually go to the location on Barton street.

Food is great, I love tofu, rice and soup there, tokbokki with cheese and jajiangmyung are also a good choice but portion is kinda big for 1 person. Service is good but sometimes food is served kinda slow, but it’s worth waiting. They are very generous on the side dishes, always refill if you ask for it.

I didn't know they had a second location in Hamilton until I drove past it! Delicious Korean food, the fried chicken was amazing, so crispy and flavourful. We always love getting the pork bone soup or the seafood tofu soup!

Such a nice place to go for a meal!!! Beautiful restaurant, staff was so friendly and the food was incredible. You can definitely order a main dish but we love getting lots of shareables and this place was fantastic for that!!!! So many great dishes to choose from.

And despite the high quality of the ingredients and the skillful preparation, the prices were shockingly affordable. But what really set this restaurant apart was the exceptional customer service. Not only were the staff friendly and welcoming, but they went above and beyond to ensure that every customer felt valued and appreciated. In my case, they even offered me some free side dishes to take away with me - a small but incredibly thoughtful gesture that left a lasting impression.

Great Korean Restaurant and service, the owner is a great cook. Tastes very authentic and every now and then, they surprise me with a complimentary something.. Definitely a hidden gem with great taste and reasonable price

There are three Bob Korean restaurants in Hamilton. There are a variety of menus, so it will be a fun meal time. In particular, I highly recommend pork cutlet, which is sliced and fried pork, and slightly spicy stir-fried pork and hot stone pot bibimbap. I would also recommend gamjatang and fried dumplings. Sometimes the food is a little salty or the rice is hard, but if you tell me in advance, it can be adjusted.
